Field Trip

Good Morning Parents,

Just a reminder that our first field trip to the Natural Science Museum will be on Thursday, November 21st and your child will need to wear his/her red "Roberts t-shirt." Please send a disposable lunch and drink with your child. The bus will be here at 9:30am (chaperones, please be here by 9:00am) and we will start loading the students at 9:15am. We will be watching an Imax movie at the museum, have lunch after the movie, and will be back at school around 1:00pm. 

New Scholastic order forms were also sent home with your child in his/her Tuesday Folder this week. If you would like to place an order online or send in your order form along with a check please do so before Tuesday, November 26th.

Math: Adding strategies (double digits numbers) using base-10 blocks, measuring using centimeters and inches
IB: Finish our ecosystem research, working on our presentations, and presenting our ecosystem (from our expert groups) to the class

Below are pictures from our "Reading Fair" last Friday. Each student was asked to bring in their favorite book from home, create a poster telling the class a little bit about their book, and write a letter to a friend who they think would also enjoy reading this book.
